It was created for anyone ready to let go not just of alcohol, but of any toxic attachment, habit, or comfort blanket that’s been hiding who they really are.
This space is for those who are tired of escaping, numbing, and pretending they’re okay. It’s for those who are brave enough to step into discomfort and meet themselves fully mind, body, and soul.

About Me

I’m here to tell you this: change is possible. You can break free from what’s holding you back, step into discomfort, and discover the strength, clarity, and freedom you’ve been craving. I’ve been there, and I know exactly how to help you get there too.
I spent years caught in cycles of alcohol, disordered eating, toxic habits, and self-sabotage, all while outwardly appearing to have it together. After hitting rock bottom, I committed to transforming my life from the inside out breaking free from destructive coping mechanisms, reconnecting with my true self, and healing at the root.
Today, I guide others through their own journeys of release, recovery, and spiritual awakening. I strive to see others thriving, taking the path less walked, and finding true freedom within themselves. Through my support, guidance, and example, I help people step into lives of clarity, strength, and authenticity.
I created NEW YOU and Mocktails & Mindfulness to share the practical tools and practices that helped me reclaim my life small, actionable steps anyone can take to experience freedom, presence, and intentional living.
I believe healing is about honest choices, presence, and building a life that feels aligned not about perfection or deprivation. I still practice what I teach: mindful moments, reflection, and intentional choices every day.
My mission is simple: to guide others toward freedom within themselves, offering support, tools, and honest guidance to step into the life they were created to live.
